This contract was a major enquiry which involved 26,000M2 of bespoke ceiling and bullnose. The ceiling had to be perforated to achieve an acoustic performance.

Challenge:
Because to the size of the job, special cradles had to manufactured to facilitate the method of installation which was a moving platform. This in turn had to be lowered onto the platform at specific times, therefore delivery schedules were vital.

Solution:
Material was 3mm Aluminium which was perforated and curved to meet required radius. The bullnose again was a challenge as there were 3 different radii. Due to the length of each run, these were manufactured to a very tight tolerance to ensure good alignment, the ceiling itself was all “secret fix” to ensure smooth, easily installed surfaces.
